Senior Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator – Northville, MI

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative and marketing support to firm’s management and personnel.
ACCOUNTING
Assist Business Manager with day to day accounting administration:
•Reconcile bank statements
•Assist with client invoicing
•Assist with accounts receivable
•Assist with accounts payable
•Maintain project reimbursables
•Prepare bank deposits
•Set up new vendors and clients in accounting program
•Manage sub-consultant paperwork
•Assist with year end
MARKETING
Assist with the firm’s marketing efforts:
•Prepare RFP/RFQ submittals
•Prepare marketing books
•Maintain master marketing materials
•Manage social media
•Manage project photography
•Maintain master proposal/prospective project list
•Liaison with website consultant to coordinate website updates
•Assist with public relations: new hire announcements, awards submittals

ADMINISTRATIVE

Responsibilities include:

* Prepare concepts, design development and graphic illustrations.
* Participate in design meetings.
* Work with senior landscape architects to compile data and prepare design solutions.

* Participate in marketing efforts through proposal development, interview participation and presentations (including proposal writing and fee negotiation).
* Develop and maintain relationships with current/new clients.
An ideal candidate has:
* Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
* 5 – 10 years of experience
* Landscape Architectural registration preferred.
* Mastery of AutoCAD.
* Working knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling software such as Revit, Rhino and Sketchup.
* LEED AP preferred.
